Sovereign Saddlery delivers to anywhere within Australia.
Sovereign Saddlery will also deliver internationally.
Sovereign Saddlery will use either Australia Post or a reputable courier company.
Packages sent through Australia Post are limited to 22 kg. Packages over that weight will need to be sent by courier.
Packages up to 20kg will be sent by Australia Post's International Standard service including a signature for goods over $300, unless their International Express service is requested.
All international orders will be subject to a freight/handling quotation.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Sovereign Saddlery reserves the right to change the freight and handling costs as we see fit.
Sovereign Saddlery will deliver by regular services unless express services are specified and paid for by the customer.
Orders over $300 will require a signature on delivery. Orders below this will not require a signature unless this service is requested and paid for by the customer.
Any orders damaged in transit must be advised to Sovereign Saddlery within 7 days of receipt of goods.
All goods sent will be fully covered for loss or damage under our goods in transit insurance policy, whilst in transit until delivered.
Estimated time for despatch of goods, after payment has been received, is 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time once goods are despatched will depend on distance from Brisbane and the service chosen. Most deliveries within Australia using regular service should be within 6 working days, with many deliveries on the east coast of Australia estimated to be made within 3-4 working days.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
